Физическое лицо (далее – Субъект персональных данных) в соответствии с требованиями Федерального закона № 152-ФЗ от 27 июля 2006 г. «О персональных данных» действуя свободно, своей волей и в своем интересе, а также подтверждая свою дееспособность, информировано и конкретно предоставляет (далее – Согласие)
An individual (hereinafter referred to as a Personal data Subject), in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152–FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", acting freely, voluntarily and in his own interest, as well as confirming his legal capacity, is informed and specifically provides (hereinafter referred to as Consent):
1. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
2. The processing of personal data includes, among other things: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; refinement (updating, modification); extraction; use; blocking; deletion; destruction.
3. Consent is specific, substantive, informed, conscious and unambiguous.
4. Consent is given to the processing of personal data that does not belong to a special category of personal data or to biometric personal data, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of their collection:

5. The consent of the Personal data Subject is valid until the achievement of the goal, withdrawal of consent to processing, or within the period established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. The Consent may be revoked by the subject or his representative by sending a written or electronic application to the Operator's postal address or the e-mail address indicated at the beginning of the Consent.
7. In case of withdrawal of Consent, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without it , if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
8. Personal data is destroyed in accordance with the procedure provided for by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
